Junior Sales Executive

Setours is an incoming tour operator (DMC) in South America with headquarters in Peru and branches in Argentina and Chile. Since 1977, we have been a family-owned tour operator synonymous with quality for our customers.

We are always looking for motivated employees who want to share our passion for South America and are seeking reinforcements for our sales team in Vienna.

After a comprehensive onboarding process, you will take responsibility for the conception, calculation, organization, and implementation of trips for our B2B customers.

• Design of travel itineraries in German and English for our customers (outbound tour operators)
• Price calculation
• Transmission and explanation of offers
• Support customers with inquiries
• General advice on the destination South America
• Work on various internal projects

• Completed tourism training
• Interest in South America and a love for the continent
• Ideally, knowledge of our destinations (Peru, Chile, Argentina)
• Very good German and English language skills, both written and spoken
• Basic Spanish skills
• Additional foreign languages are a plus
• Very good command of MS Office, ERP system experience is an advantage
