Setours is an incoming tour operator (DMC) in South America with headquarters in Peru and branches in Argentina and Chile. Since 1977, we have been a family-owned tour operator synonymous with quality for our customers.

We are always looking for motivated employees who want to share our passion for South America and are seeking reinforcement (full-time) for our team in Vienna.

Following your comprehensive onboarding, you will actively support us in further developing our B2C and B2B products and thus achieving our business goals in terms of sales growth and customer focus.

• Implementation of new or adaptation of existing (hotel) products, round trips and travel packages
• Creation of product updates for our sales team and customers
• Part of your working time should be dedicated to advising customers and developing tailor-made offers
• You will prioritize your topics and tasks based on key figures
• Work on various internal projects, currently in particular on the complete replacement of the existing system with a new modern solution.

• Completed commercial training or training in the tourism sector
• Analytical skills and a certain affinity for technology
• Conscientious, independent and structured way of working
• Very good German and English language skills, both written and spoken
• Basic Spanish skills
• Very good command of MS Office, ERP system experience advantageous
• Ideally knowledge of our destinations (Peru, Chile, Argentina)
