Stimulate your taste buds with a gastronomic tour exploring Lima´s food, flavors, and colors. You begin with a visit to a local market and have the opportunity to learn about Peru’s diversity. You then head into the bohemian neighborhood of Barranco, which features the ‘Bridge of Sighs' as well as the legendary ‘La Ermita’ chapel. Don’t miss out on a quick stop at Felicia & Domingo, a charming café and artisanal coffee shop supporting fair trade, where you can enjoy and buy exceptional organic coffees sourced from Peruvian farmers. After your delicious and sustainably sourced coffee, it’s time to taste some Peruvian flavors! Head to the new concept food court in Miraflores, called ‘Mercado 28’, where you can sample the delectable traditional Peruvian seafood dish, ceviche, before enjoying an artisanal ice cream made from the local fruits at ‘Blu’. You will then end your tour at ‘Huaca Pucllana’ – an archaeological site dating back to the 5th century, which is a great adobe and clay pyramid located in the heart of the modern Miraflores district.

In the morning you will be transferred to the airport for your flight to Cusco (flight not included). Upon arrival you will be picked up and transferred to the Sacred Valley.

Today, you will start your journey by visiting the salt mines of Maras. The intense white salt shines like snow on a sunny day, creating an impressive sight for any visitor. The Incas extracted salt from these mines, and the same method has been used ever since. Next, you will head to Moray, where circular terraces hidden among the hills resemble a Greek amphitheater. Surrounded by an impressive backdrop of snow-covered mountains, Moray was used as an open-air agricultural lab for adapting crops to different environmental conditions. After your visit, you will enjoy lunch at a local restaurant.

Traditional yet impressively innovative, that’s how we would describe Destilería Andina. This award-winning distillery is known for its cañazo family recipe, a Peruvian sugar cane liquor. The high altitude, the sugar cane from Andean soils, and the water from glacier-fed rivers all play an essential role in the distillation process. What makes their spirits exceptional is the combination of a large range of herbs straight from their organic farm. During this experience, you will explore El Albergue’s impressive garden while collecting your own herbs. Once back at the distillery, you will get to enjoy a spirit tasting and have the chance to prepare your very own Andean elixir. Your bottled creation is the perfect souvenir to take back home. After patiently waiting six months for your liquor to fully absorb the herbs’ flavor, you will finally be able to enjoy your cañazo while reminiscing about your awesome trip to the Sacred Valley.

After your experience at Destilería Andina, you will visit the fortress of Ollantaytambo, where the Temple of the Sun stands out. The temple is formed of six gigantic monoliths, whose total weight exceeds 50 tons. You will also see the Terrace of the Ten Niches, another impressive feat of Inca engineering.

In the morning, you will be picked up and transferred to Ollanta train station (only with Spanish-speaking Driver)

The train ride takes you through the Sacred Valley of the Incas up to Machu Picchu.

Upon arriving in Aguas Calientes you will be greeted by your guide who will assist you onto the shuttle bus to the entrance of the citadel. During your guided tour you will experience the uniqueness of the location and the genius that went into its construction. The duration of your magical trip to one of the seven new wonders of the world will be 2.5 hours, after which you will make your way back out of the citadel with your guide.

Return by train from Aguas Calientes to Ollanta.

Upon arrival in Ollanta, you will be transferred to your hotel in Cusco (only with Spanish-speaking Driver).

Exploring on foot is the best way to experience the magical flair and cultural richness of what was once the capital of the Inca Empire. Your walking tour begins with the San Pedro market, where you will immerse yourself among the locals and witness their everyday life. You will see beautiful colonial houses on Plazoleta Regocijo and in Café Carbel you will learn the story of a pioneer who collected the finest coffee beans and was one of the first to install a roaster in Cusco, a tradition full of passion that has lasted for over 50 years. Enjoy a cup of aromatic coffee from the region!

Time to visit one of the gems at the main square of Cusco, the Jesuit church La Compañia de Jesús, one of the best examples of Baroque architecture in the Americas. The choir balcony on the second floor offers a great view over the Plaza de Armas (Cusco’s main square). Then you walk along Hatunrumiyoc Street named after the 12-angled stone clearly visible in the remaining walls of what used to be Inca Roca’s Palace. Finally, don’t miss out on a visit to San Blas’s artisan quarter with its steeped cobblestone alleys and spectacular views of the city. To round off an exciting day in Cusco, why not stop at one of its bars for a delicious cocktail while watching the sun set over Cusco’s rooftops?

Afternoon at leisure.

This morning, you will be transferred to the bus station in Cusco. The ten-hour bus trip takes you through picturesque Andean landscapes dotted with small villages and herds of llamas and vicunas. While your final destination is Puno, you will make three important stops along the way. The first stop is Andahuaylillas, known for its baroque church dating from the 17th century. Your tour will then continue to Raqchi to visit the Viracocha Temple, the only Inca temple featuring cylindrical columns covered by fine clay layers. Lunch will be served at a typical restaurant en route. After lunch, you will reach La Raya pass (4,335 m/14,172 ft) where you can enjoy a panoramic view of the snow-capped Andes. Finally, the last leg of the trip will take you to Puno on the shore of Lake Titicaca. Upon arrival in Puno, you will be transferred to your hotel.

Unlike the classic tour, this full-day trip by speedboat offers a reduced time en route, for example, 75 minutes from Puno to Taquile versus 2 hours and 30 minutes aboard the traditional boat. Our tour takes you against the flow to avoid the busy tourist crowds, offering a more genuine way to experience Lake Titicaca. The first stop is on Taquile, the weavers' island. Over the centuries, ‘Taquilenos’ have preserved traditions such as communitarian life where everything is shared. Men always seem to be walking around the island knitting the woolen caps they wear.

Around noon, you will reach the remote community of Luquina on the Chucuito Peninsula. This less-known area is not visited by mass tourism yet. After lunch, which includes typical Andean dishes, take time to soak up the mesmerizing views. The deep earthy red color of the soil in the strong highland sunlight contrasts magnificently against the deep blue of Lake Titicaca. The backdrop of the snowcapped Cordillera Real on the far side completes a splendid picture. On your way back to Puno, there is a last stop to visit one of the floating reed islands of the Uros.

Your day tour begins with an early pick up from your hotel (without guide). Approximately two to three hours later you reach the border post in Kasani to proceed with exit and entry formalities. After a change of vehicle at the border, your guide will join you for the remaining 30-minute drive to the Bolivian town of Copacabana, where you will enjoy your lunch on the waterfront. Then you will board a local boat and cruise Titicaca Lake to Sun Island (shared with other travelers). After disembarking you will visit the best-preserved Inca ruins on Sun Island, the Picocaina Temple.

Later, you will be able to visit the community of Yumani, the ‘Fountain of the Inca’ and the legendary Inca Steps. After taking a few photos of the lake and enjoying the breathtaking view of Cordillera Real, you will board the local boat back to Copacabana (shared with other travelers). You will then visit the sacred Basilica of the ‘Dark Virgin’ before resuming your (escorted) journey by car and ferry to your hotel in La Paz (approx. arrival time 21:00 hrs – Bolivian time).

In the morning, you'll be picked up from your hotel and taken to the city of El Alto, the youngest city in Bolivia. You'll get to explore the streets and avenues of this vibrant city, filled with unique brick constructions and futuristic "Rocket Architecture." Next, you'll embark on an aerial adventure on the world's highest urban cable car, offering breathtaking views of the city and its mountains. You'll get a glimpse into the daily lives of the citizens of La Paz from a new perspective. After the cable car ride, you'll visit the artistic and bohemian neighborhood of Sopocachi and make your way to Plaza Murillo, where you'll find the Legislative Palace, Government Palace, and Cathedral. You'll also get to taste the famous Bolivian salteña sandwich. Your tour will end with a visit to the exteriors of the Basilica of San Francisco, a stunning example of Baroque-Mestizo style, and the Calle de las Brujas, where you can admire Andean handicrafts and offerings to "Pachamama". Finally, you'll have the chance to enjoy the best of traditional Bolivian cuisine presented in a unique and innovative way at the Popular Cocina Boliviana restaurant.

 Early this morning you will be transferred to the airport to board your flight to Uyuni (not included).

Upon arrival you will be welcomed at the airport and will have some time for breakfast (not included). The tour starts with a visit to the train graveyard in the outskirts of Uyuni. It has been reported that among them was the first locomotive to enter Bolivia and another allegedly robbed by Butch Cassidy and the Sundance Kid. Afterwards you enter the vast white Salar de Uyuni, a fantastic place for photography to visit ‘Incahuasi Island’ in the middle of the salt lake. The island seems to rise up out of nowhere and is covered with gigantic cacti, some 11m (36 ft) tall. You will spend time walking around admiring the unusual yet breathtaking landscapes. After a picnic lunch on the island the trip continues towards the tiny village of Coquesa on the shoreline of the Uyuni salt flats. After a short hike you reach its cave containing ancient mummies.

Leaving the salt flat behind, you will be driven along the volcanoes range with their eternal snow to Eduardo Avaroa National Reserve. During the next couple of hours, there are lagoons on the way where colonies of flamingos and many smaller wild birds gather and strut around: Canapa (blue), Hedionda (red), and Honda (brown). Afterwards, you head south to enter the Siloli desert. The scenery on the drive is fantastic and takes you high up into the Andes through desert-type landscapes. You will spend the night at a simple but tremendously atmospheric place, set in one of the most remote and starkly beautiful places on earth, on the edge of the Siloli desert.

Today you need to get up very early. On your way, you will see stones sculpted by the wind - one of the most bizarre formations is the Stone Tree, and then take in some of the continent’s most astounding sights such as the Red Lagoon with its James flamingos. Dotted with white islands of massive borax deposits, the lake is tainted blood red due to a variety of algae that thrive in the saltwater. The next stop is at the geothermal field Sol de Mañana to see multiple mud pots and fumaroles. Later, there is a chance for you to take a dip in the hot springs before continuing the trip. Afterward, you will visit the Green Lagoon, at the foot of Licancabur volcano, and around midday, you'll arrive at the border to Chile at Hito Cajón. From Hito Cajon you will be picked up and transferred to San Pedro de Atacama.

Depart early in the morning and make your way to one of the biggest geothermal fields in the world – the Tatio Geysers (a 2-hour drive) at 4320 m / 14,173ft. You will arrive at sunrise, the best time to observe the natural spectacle that takes place there every morning. Boiling water gurgles in the frozen ground and then emerges violently as steam plumes throughout the over 100 geysers, pools and fumaroles. Take some time to soak in one of the hot springs before you continue to your last stop in Machuca. You have some time to explore this tiny adobe village at your leisure, checking out its wooden San Santiago church and a handful of houses built with adobe, straw and cactus wood before your return.

This half-day tour (recommended in the afternoon) will take you through the Salt Mountain Range, a unique and spectacular geological wonder, created over many millennia as a result of the continually conflicting pressures of the Andes and the Cordillera de Domeyko. It is within this mountain range that you will find the Dinosaur, Death and Moon Valley, each filled with lookouts and views of the mountain range and its volcanoes. Making your way to the Moon Valley, you will visit the Central Crater to get a better view of the valley and the amphitheater before making your way to a viewpoint that overlooks the Three Marys - naturally occurring geological formations in the silhouetted shape of Mother Mary praying. As the sun sets you will be treated to a lightshow of soft pink and red hues reflecting off the rock and petrified salt crystals in Death Valley. To celebrate this natural spectacle toast with a glass of Chilean wine and snacks.

This morning you will be transferred from your hotel in San Pedro de Atacama to Calama airport where you will board a flight to Santiago (flight not included). Upon arrival, you will be transferred to your hotel.

Immerse yourself in Santiago's rich history and culture on this 4-hour tour.
