Learn about Argentine culture, taste fantastic local dishes, drink exceptional wine, and mingle with fellow travelers from around the world, in a fun setting.
The evening gets off to a spectacular start with an empanada (pastries) making class. While waiting for the empanadas to cook, local favorites such as provoleta (grilled cheese with herbs and spices), Argentine chorizo sausage with chimichurri sauce are served. Then move onto the main course a tender Argentine beef served with grilled vegetables. As sweet treat learn how to make your very own ‘alfajor’ (traditional sweet biscuits). As a digestif you will enjoy a traditional Argentine tea or made from dried yerba mate leaves.
Throughout your experience you’ll treated to glasses of Malbec wine and cultural anecdotes from the hosts throughout the meal.
Vegetarian, pescetarian, and celiac options are available on request and with prior notice.
This experience is available every day except during June - August (unavailable on Wednesdays).
Your guide will pick you up at Fitz Roy 2110 on the corner of Fitz Roy and Soler in Palermo Hollywood.
