Relax in a unique setting that combines rich history with heritage at the Santa Rita wine estate. During this experience, you will spend the night at the Casa Real boutique hotel, the former summer house of the winery's founder. While exploring the serene surroundings during your stay, be on the lookout for the Carménère Stone which marks the exact site where Chile's signature grape of the same name was rediscovered here in 1994 or, for those interested in historic events, ask your guide about the pivotal role that the property's wine cellars played in the battle for Chile's National Independence. With 40 hectares of parklands, a neo-gothic chapel, the pre-Columbian on-site museum, the award-winning Doña Paula Restaurant, and a great selection of tours, be prepared to uncover why this wine estate is anything but ordinary!
We recommend visiting from November to April (spring, summer). The Doña Paula Restaurant and the Andean Museum are closed on Mondays. The Andean Museum is also closed on January 1st, May 1st, September 19th, and December 25th.
